great central spot for exploring parks and landmarks

The location couldn't have been better for enjoying nearby parks like Zwaanendael Park and taking short drives to the beautiful Rehoboth Beach boardwalk for a lovely stroll. The clean and cozy one-bedroom apartment was perfect for my solo adventure.

everything was simply great. location: the hotel was next to cape henlopen state park, and all that the park offers. the room was good sized, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom. the staff was amicable and outstandingly accommodating, providing a great service.

Clean room with a great kitchenette, but traffic noise was annoying at night.

Breaking it down, plain and simple

The one-bedroom apartment was clean, but the overall experience fell short. I encountered dirty kitchen utensils, uncomfortable beds, and a confusing check-in process. Noise between rooms was disruptive, and the parking was scarce. At least the bathroom was clean. Ideal for a quick stay, but don't expect much more than the basics.

This place was a great match for a little getaway in Rehoboth Beach with good value for money. The kitchen was super handy for storing breakfast items and leftovers. Make sure to bring your own towels if you have a big group.

Had the best time with friends! We visited the nearby outlets and grabbed pizza at a fantastic Italian spot. The place was clean, cozy, and the staff was super friendly. Loved the full kitchen for late-night snacks. Can't wait to return!
